The National Water Commission (NWC) says it will implement water regulation measures starting July 3, for the Constant Spring Water Treatment facility in St. Andrew, due to declining inflows at the Hermitage Dam.In a statement, the NWC says the current data indicate the Hermitage Dam is at 65.4% of its 393.5 million-gallon capacity, reflecting reduced inflows associated with the ongoing dry spell.
