A 17-year-old British national was shot and killed along Third Street, in Kingston 12, this morning. He has been identified as Romario Scott otherwise called 'Rams' of England.
The Government will be allocating funds to churches to aid in clean up activities post Hurricane Melissa. Local Government Minister Desmond Mckenzie mentioned the support, while stating that details of the allocation will be revealed at a later date.

The workers are represented by the Bustamamte Industrial Trade Union (BITU).
Charged with two counts of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, possession of prohibited weapon, possession of prohibited ammunition and using a firearm to commit a felony are Junior Brown and Macarius Monroe otherwise called ' Macky'. The charges stem from the killing of 30-year-old Charles Stewart and 32-year-old Jemarie Gordon on November 13.
