According to one resident who asked not to be named, the National Solid Waste Management Authority, (NSWMA) is doing its part. She claimed that other residents and outsiders are responsible for the pile up.
The deceased is 15-year-old Kemar Dixon of Myersville District, St. Elizabeth. Reports indicate that at about 3:50 P.M., Dixon and a group of friends were swimming at a river in the area when he reportedly encountered difficulties and went under water.
