Investigators say the case which is being probed by the Specialized Investigation Branch (SIB) has been found to be a domestic dispute. Police Reports are that about 9 PM , on Monday, March 16, a report was made to the Red Hills Police Station about the alleged kidnapping of a 25-year-old man, initially identified as an Antiguan national.
