Cabinet has approved the Port Antonio Bypass.

Minister responsible for Works, Robert Morgan, made the disclosure at yesterday’s post-Cabinet press briefing at Jamaica House.

Mr. Morgan said the project aims to ease traffic congestion and improve access to Port Antonio, Portland.

He also indicated that Cabinet has approved $2.4 billion for the Braeton Road Project in St. Catherine. This contract has been awarded to S&G Limited and will commence in June.
