Bunny Shaw thanks supporters after donating aid to families hit by Hurricane Melissa
Reggae Girlz star striker Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw has expressed heartfelt gratitude to her club, teammates and friends for their support in helping her deliver aid to families across Jamaica affected by Hurricane Melissa.
In a post shared on her Instagram account, Shaw — who represents Manchester City in the Barclays Women’s Super League — reflected on the efforts made in recent weeks to gather and distribute assistance to communities rebuilding after the storm.

Shaw thanked everyone who donated, packed supplies or contributed in any way, noting that their collective generosity played a crucial role in the initiative.
“I want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed. My club, my teammates, friends, and every single person who donated, packed, or helped in any way.”
“Your kindness reminds us what real teamwork looks like, both on and off the field,” she said, “We’ll keep doing our part to help rebuild and bring relief where it’s needed most.”
The Jamaican forward has been in superb form for Manchester City this season, scoring six goals and providing two assists as the league leaders sit atop the table on 24 points, with eight wins and one loss from nine matches.
Shaw is set to return to action on December 7 when Manchester City face Leicester City.
