Reggae lovers in the big apple are in for an additional treat as a second show has been added to Buju’s Long Walk to Freedom concert.

In a post on social media today, the Gargamel wrote, “so, to the vibes and energy, we are giving New York another show! Yes, two nights only! See ya!”

Originally announced for July 13 only, concert hopefuls will now have the pleasure of seeing the Gargamel on July 13 and 14.

Slated for the UBS arena, this concert signifies Buju’s first US performance in over fifteen years.

On May 2, Buju surprised fans across the globe of his return to the United States, when his long-time friend DJ Khaled shared images and videos of him being in Miami.

Since his release from prison, Buju  has headlined two concerts, Long Walk to Freedom, first held in Kingston, Jamaica in 2019 and Intimate in 2023.
