Spragga Benz and Bounty Killer are among the entertainers supporting gospel artist Lt Stitchie following news of his hospitalization.

Spragga Benz, in his appeal for support, is calling on the government to organize a fundraiser to offset medical expenses for Lt Stitchie and urging fellow entertainers to lend their talent to the cause. Via his verified Instagram account, Spragga shared a picture of Stitchie with the caption:

“@babsygrange @christufton @andrewholessja #ministryofculture… can we organize an immediate fundraiser at the national arena to support this musical ambassador… like by next weekend, and EVERY HONOURABLE ENTERTAINER in Jamaica is to make themselves available if possible.”

Meanwhile, Bounty Killer used his platform to urge others to send prayers for Lt Stitchie. Like Spragga, Bounty Killer also shared a picture of Stitchie to his Instagram account with the caption:

“Send up some prayers for our musical elder brother, one of the greats @lt._stitchie,” along with three praying hand emojis.

Earlier this week, Lt Stitchie’s family revealed that the gospel entertainer suffered a brain haemorrhage and will require ongoing medical care.

A GoFundMe account was subsequently created for Lt Stitchie, who, is reportedly “unresponsive.” As of news time, they have raised over US$11,000 of their goal of US$100,000.
