Party promoter Gregory McFarlane is urging fellow event organizers to be vigilant when booking artistes and other talent.

McFarlane, who recently staged the Bounce Out Kite Fiesta, along with Hansley Berry, issued a warning to promoters after revealing that he was the victim of a scam.

Meanwhile in an IRIE FM exclusive, Jade -Brand Manager and Talent Manager at Romeich Entertainment, speaking on behalf of the entertainment mogul, said it was unfortunate that this happened to a potential client.

Promoters often end up being scammed while trying to secure a better deal, ultimately to their own detriment.
