Lawyers for dancehall artiste, Stalk Ashley and her manager Jaxx have issued a public statement threatening legal action against the mother of upcoming artiste, BadSkyla.

This after the mother of BadSkyla made certain damaging accusations on social media about the conduct of Ashley and her manager Jaxx toward BadSkyla.

In a letter posted on their Instagram page, the lawfirm Cardinal Law Attorneys – at law writes on behalf of Ashley and Jaxx stating that the allegations are “false, defamatory and without factual foundation” adding that Ashley and Jaxx  “deny all such allegations.”

The letter further states that formal reports have been submitted to the Jamaica Constabulary Force and Ashley and Jaxx are considering legal action, writing that they will take “all appropriate steps to protect their names, reputations and professional integrity through lawful means.”

The letter adds that Ashley and Jaxx will not “yield to any pressure, direct or indirect to respond with financial concessions to public accusations they know to be untrue.”

This whilst warning members of the public, media outlets and social media users that reposting, sharing or republication of the damaging material may bring legal consequences.
