Two Jamaican teams unveiled for seperate regional Swimming Championships

Jamaica’s teams to the upcoming 28th Goodwill Swimming Championships in St. Lucia and the 2024 Pan American Aquatic Age Group Championship in Puerto Rico were this morning officially unveiled  at a press conference at the National Aquatic Center in Kingston. 

The team for the Goodwill Championships which takes place from August 16 to 18 is led by head coach Gillian Millwood and feature 35 junior athletes, while a seven-member squad guided by head coach Linval Lowe will contest the Pan Am Championships between August 22 to 25.

With  the ASAJ spending approximately 20 million dollars to send both delegations president Lance Rochester said his organization was grateful for the investment from sponsors with corporate giants main event the latest to step forward with 400,000 dollars.
