The advisory follows the chopping death of a man and the wounding of two others, allegedly by a man of unsound mind, along Red Hills road in Kingston, yesterday.

 

The deceased has been identified as Phillip Bennett, a construction worker, of Walkers Hill, Red Hills in St. Andrew.

 

The accused has been taken into police custody.
