Arsenal U16 coach named second Reggae Boyz assistant coach for World Cup playoffs
Current Head of Arsenal Under 16 team Michael Donaldson has been named as the second assistant coach for the Reggae Boyz as they prepare FIFA Inter Continental World cup playoffs in March in Mexico.

The English born football coach and former head of player development at Tottenham Hotspur has extensive experience in youth development, focusing on nurturing young talent and transitioning them to professional careers.
He previously served as an assistant to Mauricio Pochettino at spurs and has strong ties to developing players from the academy level – He has also worked with Reading United.
Donalson will join the coaching staff headed by interim head coach Rudolph Speid, assistant coach Miguel Coley along with goal keeper coach Aaron Lawrence.
The management staff is completed by General Manager Roy Simpson, Team Manager Omar Stennett, Fitness coach Lamar Morgan, Video analyst Kyle Chin, and Team doctor Dr Derrick Mcdowell,
Jamaica will contest the Inter-Confederation playoffs in Mexico in March where they will take on New Caledonia on March 26 in Guadelajara with victory to set up a playoff final with the Democratic Republic of Congo on March 31, with the winner to advance to the World Cup finals in the USA, Mexico and Canada in June
