A man who was listed as wanted by the police has been captured.

Anthony Angus was held by detectives attached to the Counter Terrorism and Organized Crime, CTOC, branch during a targeted operation in burnt ground, St. Elizabeth, this afternoon (October 7).

It’s reported that he complied with the instructions of the officers and was arrested without incident, after the CTOC team swooped down on his location.

Another man was arrested for harbouring a fugitive.

Angus who was featured on the JCF Wanted Wednesdays campaign earlier this week was elevated to the most wanted fugitive, following the fatal shooting of Oshane Earle, otherwise called Motumbo, on Wednesday.

The police are reminding criminals that they must surrender, instead of engaging cops in potentially lethal confrontations.
