Another group of Haitians arrives in Jamaica
Another group of Haitian migrants has reportedly arrived in Jamaica.
The group landed at a beach in Kensington Portland.
Head of the Portland Police Superintendent Ainsley Mccarthy confirmed this with IRIE FM News this afternoon.
It’s reported that over 20 Haitians have been taken into custody so far.
Two toddlers are believed to be among the group.
This arrival follows another which took place in may this year, with over 40 Haitians landing on a beach in Long Bay Portland.
