Head of the country’s Crime Portfolio Deputy Commissioner of Police Fitz Bailey says “all of Jamaica’s top gangsters are in prison”.

He was speaking today at the Tenth Biennial Diaspora Conference in Montego Bay, St. James.

DCP Bailey made the point as he emphasized how improvements in the Constabulary’s investigative skills have helped to ensure the security of citizens.
