AC Milan in solidarity with their Jamaican defender Allyson Swaby
European club AC Milan has indicated that they are in solidarity with their Jamaican defender Allyson Swaby.
The central defender is a member of the Reggae Girls group of players who opted not to be available for the Reggae Girls Concacaf Gold Cup qualifiers against Panama and Guatemala as Protest action against the Jamaica Football Federation.
In a post on their instagram page AC Milan posted that they stand by Allyson and all the ‘Reggae Girlz’ in this difficult and delicate dispute with the Jamaican Federation.
The club post adds that it is important to find a constructive dialogue to continue playing and let the fans dream.
