Opposition Spokesperson on Foreign, Regional and Diaspora Affairs, Senator Donna Scott-Mottley has hailed the historic ties between Jamaica and Ghana.
She was speaking on behalf of the Opposition at a special joint sitting of both houses of Parliament this morning.
It was held to welcome President of Ghana, John Mahama who is on a state visit to Jamaica.
