Shanoya Douglas signs professional management deal

National  Junior  200 metres record holder   Shanoya  Douglas  has  signed  a  professional  management  deal with  Andi  Sports Management.

The  agreement gives Douglas professional representation  as  she looks to build on an already impressive résumé and continue her progression among the sport’s elite

The 18-year-old Carifta Hames triple gold medalist is currently the World Under 20 leader in both the women’s 100 and 200metres, and her national record and personal best of 22.11 seconds in the 200 metres places her among the fastest under 20 women in history.

Douglas has enjoyed a breakthrough season, establishing herself as one of the world’s premier junior sprinters.

Andi Sports Management is a premier athletic representation and management agency based in Kingston, Jamaica, led by key Principal Marvin Anderson.

The agency focuses on professional career management, contract negotiation, and global stage preparation for elite track and field athletes.
