A teen is suspected to have drowned in Alligator Pond, Manchester, yesterday.

The deceased is 15-year-old Kemar Dixon of Myersville District, St. Elizabeth.

Reports indicate that at about 3:50 P.M., Dixon and a group of friends were swimming at a river in the area when he reportedly encountered difficulties and went under water.

The police were alerted, and upon their arrival, Dixon was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
