One Nation, One Vibe: Reggae Festival unites Africa & Caribbean
The One Nation Reggae Festival kicks off this weekend in Sierra Leone, bringing together reggae entertainers and Caribbean communities to celebrate unity and shared culture.
Our very own Ka’Bu Ma’at Kheru is travelling to Sierra Leone today and gives Music News the 411.
Organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs, this year’s festival theme, “Shared Roots, Shared Rhythm, One Love, One Vibe,” highlights the cultural connection between Africa and the Caribbean.
Reggae stars Sizzla Kalonji and Christopher Martin will headline the festival, which also features concerts, cultural exhibitions, music workshops, and a Freedom Heritage Tour.
