Daryl Vaz who is also the Telecommunications Minister said Digicel and Flow are making progress in restoring service to customers across the island.

He said 46 per cent of Digicel mobile sites have been restored.

Mr. Vaz said 40 per cent of Flow customers have been reconnected.
