The Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court and the High Court Division of the Gun Court in Kingston are slated to resume sittings next Monday, November 3.

Sittings were suspended due to the passage of Hurricane Melissa.

Director of Client Services, Communications and Information of the Court Administration Division, Kadeish Fletcher, said six parish courts will also resume sittings on that date.

The Judiciary says it remains committed to ensuring the efficient and timely administration of justice, as operations gradually return to normal.
