That’s the declaration from Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness, as he sought to address concern over his apparent absence, amidst the nation’s preparation for Tropical Storm Melissa.

Speaking at Jamaica House yesterday, Dr. Holness noted that each Agency and Ministry has its duty, and he has allowed them to execute it.
