The National Commercial Bank (NCB) is reporting that its systems which were impacted this morning have been fully restored. 

IRIE FM News understands that there were issues with NCB’s online platforms.

Reports on social media from NCB customers said that there were also challenges in retrieving money from the bank’s automated teller machines ATMs. 

In responding to those queries NCB in an instagram post informed customers that the bank was experiencing system challenges and that it was employing the best efforts to restore access to its online banking platform as soon as possible.

Shortly before news times IRIE FM was reliably informed that NCB’s systems were restored at 11:06 A.M.
