Flow customers in Ocho Rios and surrounding communities in St. Ann are without internet access.

The service disruptions reportedly began Friday afternoon.

The company says the outage is as a result of cable damage in the Mammee Bay area.

Senior Communications Manager at Flow Danielle Savory, says efforts are being made to restore service by 5pm.
