JaCSA urges service providers to prioritize customer service
The Jamaica Customer Service Association is urging the nation’s service providers to place more emphasis on how their customers are treated.
Speaking with IRIE FM News, Deputy Chairman of the Association, Richard Rowe explains that organizations will not achieve great customer service delivery without the proper initiatives in place.
He says service excellence is an important tool, which must be embedded in any organization by its leaders.
Mr. Rowe is also encouraging persons, especially business owners, to register for the Association’s annual Service Excellence Conference on October 7 and 8.
The conference is among several activities planned for National Customer Service Week which runs from October 5 to 11.
