The Edwin Allen High School in Clarendon is mourning the death of a student who collapsed at the institution yesterday.

The deceased has been identified as Tanesha Gayle.

Reports are that she collapsed during a training session.

She was taken to the Percy Junor Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Principal Jermaine Harris told Irie FM News that the school community is saddened by the tragedy.
