Following the Jamaica Labour Party’s victory in the 2025 election, Beenie Man is urging Jamaicans to embrace unity while congratulating both Prime Minister–elect Andrew Holness and Opposition Leader Mark Golding.

On Instagram, the entertainer shared a split photo showing him with Prime Minister Holness when he received his national honour, alongside another picture with Golding on the campaign trail.

In his caption, Beenie praised both leaders and wrote, “One Jamaica, many voices. Congratulations to both leaders, your service inspires hope for a better Jamaica. Third term for PM Holness and a strong comeback for Mark Golding. Proud of the progress. Wishing you strength and wisdom. Jamaica forward. Zaga Zow.”

Prime Minister Holness secured his third term after the JLP won 34 seats to the PNP’s 29. Voter turnout was recorded at 39 percent.
