St. Ann father in police custody following stabbing death of two young children in Moneague
A father is in custody, as police probe the deaths of two young children in Swamp, Moneague in St. Ann last evening.
Police are theorizing that a domestic dispute resulted in the death of 1-year-old Ameir Saunders and three-year-old Shamair Henry.
Commanding Officer for the St. Ann police, Acting Senior Superintendent Rohan Elliott says the children’s bodies were found in bushes this morning.
SSP Elliot is urging residents to find peaceful ways to resolve their differences.
