Attorney-at-Law for sprint legend Usain Bolt, Linton Gordon, has confirmed, that victims of the alleged multi-million dollar fraud at Stocks and Securities Limited (SSL) will receive payments directly to their accounts.

Mr. Gordon, told IRIE FM News that he could not provide a specific timeline for the transfers, noting that this information is beyond his purview.

However, he emphasized, that the payments will be made directly to the clients’ bank accounts.

This follows recent announcements that defrauded SSL clients will begin receiving pay outs from a compensation fund starting today.

In an earlier interview, Mr. Gordon noted that while payments are expected to begin, there is no confirmed figure on how much each client will receive.

He also stressed that the amounts represent only a small fraction of the actual losses, and confirmed , that the matter remains before the court.
