Police have seized an additional firearm as part of their ongoing investigation into Monday’s foiled murder plot along Jacks Hill Road in St. Andrew.

Five men were fatally shot and initial reports detailed that 4 firearms- a shotgun, an M16 rifle, a glock pistol, and a taurus pistol were seized.

In an update, lawmen said the latest seizure was made during a follow-up operation conducted yesterday between 2:30 and 3:30 P.M. along Jacks Hill Road.

Police say a Sig Sauer 9 millimetre pistol loaded with 15 rounds of ammunition was found.

Meantime, police are urging a sixth man believed to have escaped during the armed confrontation to surrender.

They have identified him as Courtney Ashley, otherwise known as ‘Bloodstain’.
