Some upset residents of Green Acres in St. Catherine staged a protest today in front of the newly built police station calling for the promised road rehabilitation.

The station was officially opened today.

One protester, Yvonne Wallace, told Irie F M News that while the residents welcome the station, they are disappointed that the accompanying repairs to Green Acres boulevard are yet to be done.
