A dynamic one-day free music mastery workshop will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.

The workshop will be from 8:30am to 5:00pm onsite at Roof Terrace at the Ministry of Culture Gender, Entertainment and Sport at 4 – 6 Trafalgar Road , Kingston and online.

The Music Mastery programme is made possible through the Creative Caribbean Project funded by the ACP EU Culture Programme and implemented by UNESCO, the CARICOM Secretariat and the University of the West Indies.

Some of the areas to be covered at the workshop are Business and Entrepreneurship in Music, Creative Development, Intellectual Property and Technology in Music, Networking and collaboration.

 One of the organisers of the workshop, Managing Director of Headline Entertainment, Jerome Hamilton says the aim is to empower“creatives not just to make music, but to own it, understand it, and build sustainable careers from it.”
