Any politician whose utterances suggest violence is highly irresponsible and is not fit to lead – Dr. Chang
Any politician whose utterances suggest violence is highly irresponsible and is not fit to lead.
That’s the comment from General Secretary of the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) and National Security Minister, Dr. Horace Chang.
Dr. Chang, who was speaking at a JLP Workers’ Meeting in Southern Manchester last night, warned that violence should not be trivialised during the political campaign.
Noting the country’s improvements regarding crime and violence, Dr. Chang said politicians must be mindful that their utterances do not promote illegal activities or undermine the strides made.
