Jamaica Labour Party Leader and Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness has accused the People’s National Party (PNP) of being a destructive opposition.

Speaking at the JLP’s Manchester North East Workers Awards and Appreciation Ceremony last evening, Dr. Holness said a good opposition is able to acknowledge good governance.

Noting that an opposition can be constructive or destructive, he indicated that the PNP is leaning to the negative side.

He said this pushes him to work harder to ensure that the JLP secures a third term.
