The San Antonio star shooting guard Devin Vassell will visit Jamaica this Sunday, to head a special basketball clinic for high school players. 

The clinic to be staged at Herbert Morrison Technical High School  in Montego Bay, gets underway at 11 am and runs to 1 pm. 

It features 30 promising players from several high schools across Western Jamaica. 

The event is spearheaded by the local governing body the Jamaica Basketball Association, and will see Vassell, whose father is Jamaican, donating gear and equipment to the participating athletes and schools. 

Vassell will also share stories on his journey to the NBA, along with practical advice to the young players who are aiming to get into the NBA.
