Dancehall superstar Beenie Man is giving back to the industry that catapulted him to global fame. The prolific hitmaker is set to host a series of free music workshops targeting children aged 6-14, who have a passion for music.

Beenie Man took to his official Instagram to share the exciting news, with a flyer showcasing the workshop details.

The workshops will be facilitated by acclaimed musicians including Beenie Man himself and will cover a range of professions in the industry.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to nurture their musical talents and pursue dreams of becoming recording artistes, instrumentalists, producers, audio engineers, selectors, songwriters/composers, and beatmakers.

The first workshop kicks off on June 14 in the Kingston 5 region, running from 12pm to 3pm.  Dates for other parishes will be announced soon.
