Minister of National Security, Dr Horace Chang says, the government has invested over $500 million in the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) network.

This investment is part of a broader initiative to strengthen national security and address violence. 

He was speaking at the commissioning of the JamaicaEye Monitoring Centre at the Denham Town Police Station in Kingston recently.

Dr. Chang says this investment has helped in reducing the tension between community members and the police, especially in the quest to gather evidence.
