Recording artiste and philanthropist, Sara Cowan is making strides within both spheres.

She recently released a new album and also built a home for a  single mother of five in St Elizabeth.

Sara, who is the daughter of Reggae artiste Tommy Cowan, has teamed up with  Ziggy Marley’s URGE Foundation, Founder of the Boss Mom Network, Michelle Gordon and Food for the Poor Jamaica to build the home.

Speaking with IRIE FM, she explained how the initiative came about.

Meanwhile, she says her just released album is called “Now”.

The album is available on all major streaming platforms.
