Two men have reported to the police as investigations continue into the murder of Corporal Kamal Mayne.

The corporal was gunned down at his home in Old Harbour, St. Catherine on Saturday.

Reports are that at about 5:30 a.m., family members found Corporal Mayne unresponsive in his yard.

Lawmen who were summoned found him beside his motor car with a gunshot wound to his head.

The police high command has vowed that those responsible for his murder will be found and brought to justice.

There have been reports that Corporal Mayne was killed in retaliation for a fatal shooting earlier this year.

When probed by Irie F M News if these claims are being investigated, the police said they are leaving no stone unturned.

The police disclosed that two men reported to the Portmore police this afternoon in relation to Corporal Mayne’s murder and are to be questioned.
