Members of the public are being advised that Mount Rosser, the main thoroughfare connecting St. Catherine and St. Ann is impassable.

Police say a trailer truck overturned on the roadway, near Hines Quarter shortly after midnight.

Traffic is impeded from both directions. 

Motorists are being urged to travel through the North South Highway.

The police say they are coordinating with the relevant authorities to have the matter rectified.
