Jamaica’s Under-14 Reggae Girlz are set to make their mark in the 2025 CFU Under-14 Challenge Series, having been drawn in Group B for the highly anticipated competition. The event, which will be held in Trinidad and Tobago from August 15 to 24, promises to showcase the best young female football talent from across the Caribbean.

The tournament, which is contested by 23 member associations, will feature eight teams competing in Tier I and 15 teams in Tier II. Jamaica, placed in Tier I, will face off against Aruba, Haiti, and host nation Trinidad and Tobago in the group stage.

In the other group, Group A, the defending champions Puerto Rico will be joined by the Dominican Republic, Bermuda, and Martinique. These teams will compete for the coveted spot in the semifinals, with the top two teams from each group advancing. The group stage will follow a round-robin format, ensuring that every team plays against each other, and the top two from each group will move forward to the knockout stage.

The Tier I competition will culminate in the final match on August 24, where the best teams will compete for the title. The third-place finishers from each group will face off in a playoff to determine who will secure the fifth and sixth places, while the seventh and eighth place rankings will be decided by a match-up between the fourth-place finishers from each group.

For the Tier II teams, the competition will also be intense, with three groups of five teams each. In Group A, St. Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, Bonaire, US Virgin Islands, and Saint Lucia will battle it out. Group B will see Grenada, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, French Guiana, and Suriname competing, while Group C will feature the Cayman Islands, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Turks and Caicos Islands, and Guyana.

In Tier II, each group will play a round-robin format, with the top three group winners advancing to the semifinals. The second-place team with the highest points across all three groups will also make it to the Tier II semifinals. The semifinal matchups will see the group winner with the highest points facing the best second-place team, while the remaining group winners will compete in the second semifinal.
