Dancehall heavyweight Beenie Man is thanking Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley for inviting him to the island.

Following his performance at Barbados Reggae In The Garden, Beenie Man shared a photo of himself and PM Mottley on his verified Instagram account. In the caption, he expressed gratitude: “Always a vibe when I get to connect with my friends in Barbados! Big up to Prime Minister Mia Mottley for the invite,” he wrote.

PM Mottley even joined Beenie Man on stage to show her support for the music and culture. She ignited the crowd when she took the microphone and called Beenie Man “The girls dem sugar.”
