There will be direct charter flights from Ecuador to Montego Bay, starting this summer.  

The launch of the new series of charter flights is expected to increase visitor traffic from the South American country to Jamaica, as part of an ongoing strategy to enhance air connectivity across Latin America.

State Minister for Tourism, Delano Seiveright said 10 direct charter flights, scheduled for this July and August are expected to bring more Ecuadorian travelers to Jamaica.

He said this is a remarkable milestone.
