Three farm roads in St. James have been approved for priority rehabilitation this year, under the Agriculture Ministry’s farm road rehabilitation initiative.

The Government has allocated $900 million in the 2025/2026 national budget to further the initiative across the island.

Portfolio Minister, Floyd Green, says residents living in Horse Guard, Millerswood and Lapland should expect to see works on the farm roads soon.

Mr. Green points out that if farmers are expected to boost production, they must have greater or easier access to their farms.
