The police are continuing their investigations into the death of a man and a woman who were mowed down along the Sir Florizel Glasspole Highway in Kingston this morning.

Dead are 25-year-old landscaper Remano White and 29-year-old Jhul’lecia Campbell both from Harbour View.

Head of the Public Safety and Traffic Enforcement Branch (PSTEB), Assistant Commissioner Dr. Gary McKenzie said the incident happened sometime after 6 AM.

He said White and Campbell were walking along the roadway when the driver of a Nissan AD wagon motorcar lost control of the vehicle which hit an embankment and crashed into them.
