A man and a woman died in separate motor vehicle crashes in St. James and St. Catherine between yesterday and this morning.

The deceased are 23 year old Sheneil Boucher of Smithville, Clarendon and an unidentified woman. 

In the latest incident at around 4:30 this morning, police say the unidentified woman died in a crash along the Lilliput main road in St James. 

The details of the crash have not been ascertained. 

It’s reported that the woman and several other persons injured in the crash were taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead. 

Meantime, Boucher was killed in the other crash which occurred along the PJ Patterson Highway in the vicinity of the Portmore exit yesterday. 

Police say at about 8:50 P.M. Boucher was driving along the roadway when he overtook another vehicle, hit a median and lost control of the car. 

It’s reported that he was thrown from the vehicle during the crash. 

Boucher and three passengers aboard his vehicle were taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
