Two people were shot and killed at a candlelight vigil in Nashville, Mandeville, Manchester, this morning.

The names of the deceased have not been released.

Police reports are that sometime before 2:00 A.M., an altercation occurred at the vigil.

During the altercation, it’s alleged that a licensed firearm holder reportedly opened fire and five people were shot.

They were taken to the hospital, where two people succumbed to their injuries and the others were admitted for treatment.

Police have taken a man into custody pending further investigation.
