The St. James Police are again on a mission to restore public order in the parish with today’s launch of Operation Restore.

The initiative is also aimed at enforcing compliance with traffic regulations and thwarting criminal activities.

Commanding Officer for the division, Superintendent Eron Samuels said officers will use a comprehensive approach to enhance public safety.

This approach includes maintaining a good relationship with citizens.

The cops will also be targeting hot spots in various communities.
